We just moved in, and we absolutely love the place! It is so nice, comfortable, and welcoming. The manager, Adel, is very nice, friendly, and helpful. We are so excited to call San Jose Villa our new home and look forward to making many wonderful memories here!
I absolutely love San Jose Villa! The property is always clean, well-maintained, and organized. The maintenance technician is very knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to help whenever something needs attention. The property manager, Adel, is professional, knowledgeable, and takes great pride in the community. He has high standards for the property, but it's clear that he genuinely cares about the residents and works hard to keep the community safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. My experience has been absolutely pleasant. Fatima and Yari were more than helpful in accommodating me. They went out of their way to walk me through the process and make life easy.
