Edit: moved the review to San Jose BMW! Just walked into San Jose Motosport as a brand new rider who honestly had no idea what I was doing. Willy could have easily brushed me off or oversimplified everything, but instead he talked my ear off in the absolute best way. By the time I left I actually understood what I was looking at and felt genuinely excited rather than overwhelmed. I purchased a Specialized bike from San Jose Motosport and it was definitely a higher level of buyer experience than your typical bike shop. The owners of the shop have smartly infused BMW and Specialized products into beautifully staged showroom. Everyone is very professional, courteous, and welcoming with a friendly smile.
