All the staff was professional & patient, guiding us through the arrangements. Our furneral director assistant, Tereza, made sure all details were covered. We thank San Jose furneral home for working with us.
Excellent service and attentionto customers wants. Everyone was kind, helpful and sympathetic in our moment of grief. The staff went above and beyond for our loved one.
This was by far the worst experience of my life. Not because my mom died but the horrible things they did. Completely unprofessional and made jokes. We had it prepaid with receipts and they took her body to the wrong place and said “well we have her now” threatening to hold her body hostage. Absolute nightmare. Then called to say her ashes were ready and released her to someone and did have them sign for her or anything. No one knew who they gave her to. Ridiculous!!
