My family and I had a great experience with Tanya Sanchez. My family came here with no idea on what to expect. Our father had randomly passed away and trying to figure everything out was extremely stressful. Tanya made this process so easy, she was so helpful and nice throughout the entire process and was extremely patient as my family tried to figure out what we wanted to do for our loved one. I will forever be grateful to San Jose Funeral homes and Ms. Tanya Sanchez. They did such an amazing job at helping my family and I navigate through this difficult time in our lives. Ms. Tanya had patience and compassion for us while we were deciding on which route we should take. She was very informative with all our questions. When it came to the day of the viewing everything looked so beautiful we did not feel any stress due to all the help and attentiveness that was provided.

We chose this funeral home because my mother had selected it through a prepaid plan. Unfortunately, our experience during her services was extremely disappointing and added unnecessary stress during an already heartbreaking time. Tanya was the person helping us and she took her time with us. However, I don't know who dropped the ball with other important details.
