We just laid my mom to rest. It was such a pleasure having Tonya and Juanita handle my mom's services. The job they did on my mom was so amazing I was going to have a closed casket and I decided to just do an open casket because she looks beautiful. I will be choosing this funeral home for my future going home arrangements. They were all very professional and very caring thank you again for your help with this matter.
I don't normally do Google reviews but I felt compelled to write one because I wanted to acknowledge the AMAZING staff at SJFH on Pelicano. In particularly I want to Thank Tanya and Juanita and for their compassion and professionalism they showed my entire family while we were grieving the loss my my beloved father. San Jose Funeral Home East did an outstanding job with my father's services. Tanya and staff made sure everything was going smoothly. If there were discrepancies, Tanya handled it right away. Tanya's calm demeanor and impeccable professionalism made it easy. Family members were very impressed and praised how well it went. My family and I had a great experience with Tanya Sanchez. My family came here with no idea on what to expect. Our father had randomly passed away and trying to figure everything out was extremely stressful. Tanya made this process so easy, she was so helpful and nice throughout the entire process and was extremely patient as my family tried to figure out what we wanted to do for our loved one.
