First the secretary had zero clue I had an appointment. Second, the person I was there to see had no idea I had an appointment. Third, zero compassion and zero empathy this is unacceptable in the funeral home business. Fourth, Victor was more of a sleazy used car salesman who went back on his verbal agreement to match another funeral home's price. He basically wanted to steal $71 of deposit money.
