I am a 62 year old woman, post menopause, struggling with weight for decades. I was able to lose 34 pounds in 9 weeks. The program was easy and I wasn’t hungry. I felt really good the whole time I was on the program and my energy was high too. As a result of getting healthier my primary physician took me off the diabetes medication he had me on (Metformin). That is huge for me. I hate being on any type of medications. Now I feel great.
