Fixed roof leak right away no mess.
They did the roof in 2 days and they took the time to explain how the improved ventilation was going to help with insulation. I was a little nervous because of a past negative experience. It went lot smoother than I thought it would be. Especially compared to the contractor last year who left part of the project undone.
After consulting with the building administration, repairs were performed in just under two hours and pinpointed to a cracked flashing surrounding a vent pipe. Also looked at several other possible trouble locations, which I appreciated given the age of our roof.
The gutter installation took most of the afternoon which seemed acceptable considering the complexity of our roof. This was a different experience than my last contractor, the crew explained each step fully and left no mess behind.
Efficient metal roof installation, looks great.
