The automated phone system doesn’t work they never answer when you call.
Given medication I can't take and after being seen. Sent the wrong medication to the pharmacy and after I've jumped through hoops they still won't see me. Place is a scam charging the people that need help the most and promising things that they lie about.
Best service I have ever had with a doctors office! The NP took the time To listen to everything that was going on with me. Got appointments set up with other doctors I needed to see. She is caring , thoughtful and kind. The nurses are the same. They just made me feel comfortable. This place is a gem in Fort Bend county!
