Dr. Reading DOES NOT CARE about your well being. He is only in it for the money. He embarrassed my partner and denied service after she went to her appointment. And she was still charged for the service. I’ve also heard he’s pretty touchy with the ladies… unacceptable. Do not take your loved ones here.
I was recommending this clinic to many of my family and friends but after this incident and how they go about it it’s extremely unprofessional . First I tried to make an appointment was rescheduled twice I walked to my appointment just for Dr.reading to tell me “you don’t fit our clinic “ because I missed 1 appointment for an ear infection check up which front desk told me I didn’t need to come if I felt fine which Dr said otherwise today and denied services . Horrible service… girlfriend denied service because she wasn’t able to attend a previous appointment. Instead of letting her know, she will be denied, she WALKED to the clinic and then told her “You are unfit for our clinic” Dr. Reading is very unprofessional and I would not trust him with any of my family members moving forward.
The ladies in the front are so nice!! The first time I met Dr Galloway I had a fever without knowing it so she sent in some medication and said come back for the actual regular visit. So I did she was so thorough oh my goodness she gave me some information I had not know prior. She listened and she checked all my medications. To be honest I’m always scared to see a new Dr but she was very excellent! Made me feel so much better! Like she cares and that calmed my anxiety at ease. Thanks Dr. Galloway!
