After living in my home last 3 years, I can say that if I ever buy another home in the future, I would not go buy another SJVH! The quality of work is shameful and I’m now having issues with the roof along with a list of issues that I raised concern in the beginning of my walk thru with Mr. Leonard that has now shown that my initial concerns were NOT wrong. Update I do own a home i purchase under my maden name i can show pictures of the crappy home i wished I had a time machine to stay away Never buy one of these homes They cut so many corners always have problems with our house They for to paint the inside of our home am had to come back and even gave us the landlord special an painted on everything! Anytime we have a issue with the homes the repair men scratch thier heads and ask ya the builders really messed up RUN!
