Kcatano111, I need to obtain some information if I can from you regarding the SJ DA and if you've found other entities to help you get your $ back. This is not the 1st time this company has done this, google San Joaquin Monument and find articles. I ordered a momument in Dec. 2005 and was promised 4-6 months, it's almost 4yrs. I ordered a momument in Dec. 2005 and was promised 4-6 months, it's almost 4yrs. I visited the owner last year to at least put in my husband's military headstone temorarily, he hadn't even started on mine, had not even cut the military stone. Last month the temporary installation had to be anchored, the only reason they came out is because I called Tracy cemetary and warned them that it was a safety hazard and the cemetary told them it needed to be anchored per regulations. This company takes your money and does not produce the product. We are currently working with the Better Business Bureau, San Joaquin District Attorney and any other entity that will assist us getting our money back or the monument we paid for. They will not return phone calls and make promises they have no intention of keeping. When my 88 yr old father died in February 2009, my mother 83 yrs old purchased a double headstone.
