Had an appointment with radiology department (ultrasound). Arrived 2:30 for 2:45 appointment, stood in line for check-in 10 minutes. After 35 minutes waiting I spoke to Monica at radiology this is her response. There is always 45-1 hour wait even with an appointment, it's just the way it is. Not sure of wait time for other radiology procedures. Be prepared bring snacks and something to occupy your wait. The actual radiologist who did procedure was kind and through. The care my father received at this emergency room is beyond pathetic. We were there for 16 hours; 11 of which were with no information on the results and or care plan. I requested for a doctor four times in the course of 11 hours. Dr. Gooch decided to finally walk in & dump 15 seconds of information before he walked out. He didn’t give us time to ask any questions. Nurses and staff where friendly and nice but getting services there sucks been there since early Monday schedule for surgery for Tuesday got pushed back to Wednesday at 14 then pushed back to 5 by 530 I walked out I’m going back to the east coast

The nurses and front desk staff were not cooperative and they were not professional and they wait us for a long time and finally send it to another department.
