I was helping someone else make an appointment. This place will not provide interpreter service if you don’t speak English. They are only willing to provide interpreter service if you have a hearing disability. Even though their doctor speaks Chinese. They say the medical assistants don’t speak Chinese. Very unprofessional physician. I called him to inquire about one of our common patient and he was annoyed by the call. At the end of the conversation he hang up the phone call. He did not have a plan for the patient who had a newly diagnosed diagnosed disease. Physician should be available to provide information for other providers to have a better care of our patients.
