My experience with San Jacinto Title Company in Beeville TX was not good. I found the title company and underwriter to be incompetent, severely lacking in care about service at all, and ultimately lost us almost $20k on the sale of an amazing property in Beeville. The title company did not follow instructions for release of funds, was not timely in any fashion, and their lack of communication throughout the entire process was remarkably minimal.
