Called to get some information spoke with Sheryl. 1st said she could help me with the info I was requesting then I started to explain in detail what I needed then said OK I could help then said to call back in 15 minutes because her computer froze. which is understandable so when I call back in those 15 minutes, I explained again and she told me “what are you calling again for” She’s the only one who answered the phone is very disrespectful very Unprofessional.
