San Isabel electric illegally disclosed my payment status to a relative whose name is not on any of my bills nor did they ever live at the residence at which the bill was addressed. This is against privacy regulations, and it is illegal.I know this happened because said relative approached me about it. THEY TAKE SO LONG TO FIX MY ELECTRICITY!!!!!!!
San Isabel electric illegally disclosed my payment that is true relative whose name is not on any of my bills nor did they ever live at the residence at which the bill was addressed. I don't know who in your staff is giving out payment status or why but you should be careful about who you let have that information, I'm going to be changing all my banking information because it definitely isn't safe with this company
Excellent company & customer service. We had the great privilege of working with Jack & Benji, two highly skilled technicians from San Isabel Electric. Jeff did an amazing job helping us troubleshoot over the phone with our ETS heating system when we were without heat. Then he & Benji came out to troubleshoot all the issues and repair them all. Over all, we were very impressed that they were so responsive, knowledgeable, helpful and a true pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!!
The electricians working with San Isabel Electric deserve a shout out for being kind, respectful, and genuinely enjoyable to speak to/receive help from. Robert and his crew have been so helpful to me and my family. Every time I speak to Robert or meet members of his team I feel comfortable and it feels like they make us a priority.
