Hi I believe during the time I emailed them San Isabel electric asking turn off my power to stop charging me. Then they just kept charging me during the fire. Now I am like well you the electricity company might as well keep my power on since I not there for over two weeks. My power has been out for more than five hours in 90-degree heat. As far as I can tell, they haven't updated their outage message once. Now they're telling customers they want to raise rates this summer because of the mild winter. How is it fair to ask people to pay more when you can't provide reliable service? Five hours without power in this kind of heat isn't just inconvenient—it's unacceptable. Do better before asking for more!!!
When it was super hot, I lived in Pueblo ran a window AC unit and refrigerator and a stove and all this other stuff I paid around $60 a month now in the future I’m running nothing except for one refrigerator.
