I came here because of the high ratings and expected a much better experience, but I left extremely disappointed. The service wasn’t terrible, but it fell far short of what you’d expect from a highly rated salon. The consultation before the haircut felt completely pointless. Once the scissors came out, the stylist went in a totally different direction. The whole thing felt rushed, careless, and lacking attention to detail. I came across this salon through an Instagram ad and decided to book my first appointment for a haircut. Unfortunately, there was a significant language barrier, as my stylist only spoke Mandarin, which led to miscommunication throughout the appointment. I showed a reference photo of the hairstyle I wanted, hoping it could be achieved, but it seemed the stylist did not fully understand the look I was going for. Great services! Love my new hair color! Eddy is the best hair stylist, very patient and professional, explained the difference between each service. Will return again. Price is also reasonable.
