Was told I need to go through a hospital hospital says I need insurance, VA says they can't find my records hospital amabducts me into a psych ward for requesting another medical professional and under the guise (it's required to get your Veteran insurance to cover the visit) doors were locked during business hours. Called ahead said they were open called after seeing it was locked and they said go to a hospital.
I’ve had an extremely challenging & devastating medical year. PAC Team 1 and the office staff at SGVVA have put up with my frustrations and stuck with me lifting me when I fall. I don’t know what I would do with out them. “Best Care Anywhere”
Love doctor Frenchman she greeted me with so much respect and you can really tell she cares about her patients. The office was clean and the nurses were very sweet to me. I will definitely be coming back here !
