not sure why SGVA has a 4 star rating. I have been enrolled at SGVA since it opened. They have a chronic issue with not answering their telephones or returning calls. they will give you the runaround via the VA messenger if you try and communicate with them there. When you have to go to the office in person because of this they give you attitude. I have been in line there and there was a WW2 veteran there yelling at them because they would not answer his phone calls and he desperately needed a wheelchair. Despicable.
Don’t expect a return call when trying to make an appointment. Been attempting to get one scheduled for 2 weeks.
