High risk patient here I get seen every 2 weeks I highly recommend this facility they have been great with my ultrasounds and keeping an eye out with my unborn child’s health to keep me updated with the concerns . Usually the most I wait is abt 30min after sign in which isn’t bad at all. The ultrasound techs are so kind & so are the doctors with any questions I have they always have answers for me which I highly appreciate

It was my first time here. After signing in, the ladies in the front promptly gave me my paperwork to fill out. Once I finished filling that out I waited roughly about 45 minutes to be seen. The nurses and staff are very friendly. My ultrasound technician Olga was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you for explaining everything you were checking for. Vine a una cita el 8-18-25 y el doctor me dijo te veo en una semana, me dieron la targeta con fecha para el 26 la cita y ahora que vengo resulta que son irresponsables y no pusieron la cita en el sistema y uno viene de lejos y solo te dicen si quieres firma un papel de responsibilidad por gastos ya que no habían pedido ellos la autorización ni la habían puesto en su sistema y nadie se disculpa, como que las personas no tu vieran cosas que hacer a nadie le gusta perder el tiempo fácil se les hace decir sino la vemos el otro M... read more
We called for schedule an appointment, Representative named Lucero, i dont know if thats her real name but, she hung up on me and when i called back and asked for supervisor she kinda transferred me but nobody picked up. I think representatives need to learn how to listen at least. Poor clinic poor customer service!
