Time to add my review of this facility because I have used it for my mom and 2 aunts since 2017. And looking at other reviews, very good and very bad ones, I also adding my 2 cents. My family cared for my mom 15 years before we moved her to St. Gabriel’s. She was cared very well there til her passing 2018, 4 days before her 97th birthday. We also cared for my 85 year old aunt at home with Hospice help for 4 years. We used 3 other nursing homes for respite care and always came back to St. Gabriel’s. The staff here has been really accommodating and considerate. Nurse Letty was most sympathetic with our family. Kristine has also been very helpful and considerate. Would recommend this facility.
I have been a resident of San Gabriel for over a year and have had a very positive experience. Most importantly, the nurses and the staff are cheerful, caring and helpful and get to know their patients as friends. The overall facility is spotlessly clean. The rooms and bathrooms are cleaned daily. The food is good with a variety of menus. And the rehab room is well equipped and very professionally staffed. I would definitely recommend San Gabriel for anyone needing a high quality medical care facility.
I'm having difficulty getting any information on the phone! First, they didn't answer at all. Now, I've been on hold for more than 15 minutes. I guess I'll drive over to see if I can get anyone's attention.
ATTENTION!!! PLEASE PLEASE DON’T take your loved ones to this place! IF YOU DO HAVE A LOVE ONE IN THIS PLACE TAKE THEM OUT ASAP! My mother was neglected and left in her wheelchair wet and cold, she fell due to them not answering the call light! She had a UTI for over a week and they didn’t not want to switch her medication, when she fell I did take her to the ER and she had sepsis and now fighting for her life!
