Was on hold for 20 mins just to be hung up on. Called back and tried to set up an appointment for my father and it got scheduled. I mentioned afterwards that I’m glad to finally have him visit their offices. And the girl (probably her first day) says “oh we aren’t seeing new patients until August” Huh?
