I had an amazing experience at San Gabriel Valley Audiology in West Covina! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch. The doctor took the time to explain everything so clearly, making sure I understood every step of the process.
Great experience
Very kind people, I appreciate great customer service with patience and kindness. I brought my 1 year old for a audiology exam and the assistant even try to help me soothe my child with one of their toys. The doctor was wonderful. She listened to my concerns with kindness and understanding and helped me fully resolve them.
I received a great doctor-patient service. It was my first visit to the clinic and it was very helpful to have a conversation with the doctor, she explained me the details of my hearing issues very clearly, I appreciate it.
