I lovED this place....emphasis on the past tense. Frankly, I know they do not need my patronage because they are never NOT busy. They are so busy, they do not have time to call in prescriptions or to correct a wrong. Dr told me that he would call in a prescription to the Alhambra Costco and did not. (Meds were for my paralyzed dog due a herniated disc that occurred 48 hrs previously.) I found out my prescription was not there only when I arrived at the pharmacy, and by then, the office was closed, so I fought 2 hour-plus traffic for nothing!!! Then Mercy called me the next day, never referencing my voice message or apologizing for the inconvenience. She told me she had just called the Monterey Park Costco. I asked for it to be sent to the one in Alhambra. She told me that she would. Then, on a Saturday night, moments before the pharmacy would close, again, after fighting 2 hour plus traffic from the specialist in Tustin, battling the typical struggles to find parking at Costco on a Saturday, to barely make it to the pharmacy before it would close, I was told again that there was prescription waiting for me. In tears and extremely frustrated (because I was also facing the decision to proceed with back surgery,) I left a message for someone to call me if they "respected me as a human and as a patron of their hospital." Two plus weeks later, my desperate cries for help were left unanswered. Today, two weeks after the fact, I called to speak to someone. The phone rang many times. This was not typical. Usually, someone would answer within a 2 rings and place me on hold. This time was different; I knew Mercy was avoiding my call. How did I know? Because my number shows up when I call, that's when she DID NOT answer. I called right back with my number blocked and she picked up right away. Of course she made excuses and "apologized" and fed me a line of "I never got your message"... but all of that disrespected me so much, knowing that she only picked up my call when she DID NOT see my number appear. I am so very disappointed by the lack of professionalism, compassion and human decency by Mercy. She had previously treated me with such kindness and I had always looked forward to speaking with her. She calls everyone "mija" which made me feel like she cared, but now I know differently.

` Dr. Dawson is an amazing vet!!! I took my budgies for an initial check up but felt one budgie was not himself. Dr.Dawson took a look at him and knew he was sick. She prescribed an antibiotic for him but after the lab results came back showing my birdie had a more serious infection, Dr. Dawson prescribed another antibiotic that made my bird get better
