No stars if I could, 3 years ago my father went in for simple eye surgery. He ended up with a staph infection, 2 days later his eye had to be removed. My father passed away 04/21 without seeing any compensation on this groups part. Till this day the case is on going, this group unwilling to accept any responsibility. I have been calling this place MULTIPLE times to confirm my Mom's appointment on July 31st after they said that they would call us at 1 PM we waited and no call till I had call them and I get sent to voicemail and it says "The Mailbox is full" or when I get the opportunity to speak to Staff they would transfer me to the Nurse and instead of speaking to the Nurse I get to the VOICEMAIL to send them a message and the response NEVER CAME!!! Should be able to post 0 Stars. Had an appointment at 10am today it took them 4 hours after my appointment to see me AND when I asked what was taking so long they said I had gotten there late when I got there at 9:45am, 15 min before my appointment, Another nurse said that it was taking to long because they had alot of people. They couldn’t even get their story straight. 1 of the nurses even got an attitude at me lol poor lady. When I got there, there were only 2 people waiting.
