I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the front office receptionist at the Arcadia location, Suite 404, who was working on 2/16/26. She has blonde hair, and although I am not certain of her name, I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention. No stars if I could, 3 years ago my father went in for simple eye surgery. He ended up with a staph infection, 2 days later his eye had to be removed. My father passed away 04/21 without seeing any compensation on this groups part. Till this day the case is on going, this group unwilling to accept any responsibility. I have been calling this place MULTIPLE times to confirm my Mom's appointment on July 31st after they said that they would call us at 1 PM we waited and no call till I had call them and I get sent to voicemail and it says "The Mailbox is full" or when I get the opportunity to speak to Staff they would transfer me to the Nurse and instead of speaking to the Nurse I get to the VOICEMAIL to send them a message and the response NEVER CAME!!! Should be able to post 0 Stars. Had an appointment at 10am today it took them 4 hours after my appointment to see me AND when I asked what was taking so long they said I had gotten there late when I got there at 9:45am, 15 min before my appointment, Another nurse said that it was taking to long because they had alot of people.
