Too bad that there’s no 0 stars rating … one star seems too much ! That Blond receptionist it’s super rude and have no manners . The way she treats people is unreal , very unprofessional. And guess what ? I’m not the only one that had complained about her!!!
I have only positive things to say about my surgery experience last week. I was given a reminder call the day prior to surgery from Michelle. She was very pleasant and I told her how nervous I was about the procedure. The next day as they were preparing me for surgery she came in and reassured me everything would be ok. Receptionist aren't helpful and rude.
I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the front office receptionist at the Arcadia location, Suite 404, who was working on 2/16/26. She has blonde hair, and although I am not certain of her name, I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention. During my visit, I observed what I would describe as very poor customer service.
