We had a great experience. We took our toddlers from pier 28 away from the crowds and had the water taxi pick us up. They loved it, going under the bridge, and dropped us at a restaurant across the Bay. We had a great meal then took placed and order to be picked up 3 hours later. Great afternoon excursion and the kids loved it. Thanks to our driver Jedrick! He was so nice, qnd helpful. Would recommend to any family with toddlers as a simple but fun day. Yes they accommodated our stroller too!

On May 26th we took a water taxi ride with Emily. She was an excellent captain and hostess. We felt extremely safe, and it was a wonderful adventure. Emily deserved a much bigger tip then what I was able to give her yesterday!!
Taking the San Francisco Water Taxi was easily one of the best decisions we made during our visit. We were originally planning to walk all the way to Pier 39, but we were approached by Emily, who offered us a $10 one-way ride—and honestly, it felt like a no-brainer.
