I love the diversity and the fact that the university is far enough away on the outskirts of town but close enough to explore all that SF has to offer! Can’t wait to be a gator next month ��

Beautiful campus, rich culture diversity, and very good faculty. Great school actually. I am going to be honest. SF State only has one major problem: Very little brand recognition---that is, beyond the borders of the SF Bay Area, the university is not well known. The response you get when you say you went to SF State is "Oh...OK", "Where?", "Ummm....OK". Not "WOW,, you went to Duke or Harvard or Stanford".......SF State is your classic state college with a lot of very hard working, very talented students (I call the hard hat... read more
