I hate that place. I used to go to Pets Unlimited on Fillmore, and ever since SPCA bought them, the services went down the drain. Now you have to wait for appointments for weeks, when you call, you are on hold for 20 minutes, no one picks up the phone after hours even though it's a 24/7 emergency hospital. And recently they sent me a $69 bill for an appointment that I rescheduled for later this month, AND THEN they asked me for money donation!
