My recent experience with San Francisco Honda's service department was stellar. I can not thank them enough. Especially Eric Tom. Eric was the person who first helped me when I brought my car in for service, and he followed me all the way through to completion. He was as helpful of a service manager/technician as I have ever experienced. He explained everything very succinctly, including what parts may be covered under a possible warranty extension. Arrived at 2:30 for a service appointment it’s 3pm still waiting to be checked in no one greeting customers just told to pull forward and wait for someone to get you asked how long the wait was told by workers there on lunch totally unacceptable
They were quick and efficient in getting the job done. Thank You Ty!
