Their intake customer service model has gotten pretty bad. I had an appointment, arrived 2mins early, and stood waiting for anyone to acknowledge me for over 10 minutes. There were 8 employees at their desks who refused to greet me because I needed to wait for one specific person who was tied up. The same happened when I returned to pick up - lots of available employees who refused to help me because I needed to wait for my specific person who was again tied up.
