Always a great experience! This was a maintenance visit. Nelson Chen was a superb agent!
Business has improved a lot. Have been happy with ease of getting an appt and turnaround. Annoying to get a recall notice every 5 minutes but they can't follow through however.
I have always loved the team at SF Honda Service on Van Ness. They truly care and listen to my concerns or take the time to explain things to me. This time my service consultant Natalie was awesome and found an extended warranty on my AC that made the repair free.
It took about 3 hours for an oil change and tires rotation! Also they charged me for the services on my previous service that still under warranty and my paid for extended warranty until 2027.
