I love Tia place
We are in the market for a new couch. My daughter (8 years old) and I went to San Francisco Furniture Outlet after reading all the good reviews online. The store wasn’t busy on a late Sunday afternoon. We were trying out some power reclining couches. A sales person (Asian lady with black hair) came out of nowhere and started accusing my daughter of breaking the recliner when all she was doing is kneeling on the couch and touching the headrest. Update: When I showed the store the quality of the cabinets, they did not hesitate to take back the item. I've since got refunded. I'm very thankful to the store for making the return process easy with this defective item. -- I was really disappointed with the quality of the furnitures given the price. We ordered 3 items and none of them came to us without an issue. Dinning set wasn’t polished and had so much splinters. We fixed it and didn’t complain.
