Just get a kg at Costco, and it's to bitter. The toast is way to intense and makes the coffee flavor bitter. Don't recommend it. They need to use a medium toast.. I will not get another kg of this brand.
Been ordering your beans for years. Quality control has been worse for months… but I’m a loyal customer. But the last straw was an ad campaign I just saw from them, using AI ‘art’ Lazy, boring, and anti humanity! Hire a real human artist! You’re in the Bay Area, for crying out loud. Horrible stuff now
I'm returning my box of San Francisco Bay coffee to Costco for a refund. I have been buying it for years but for the blow outs on the pods and getting tons of coffee grounds in my cup of coffee and making a mess of my coffee. maker I will no longer buy your coffee. Quality control needs to do a better job.
I ordered a bag of Bay Bridge Blend decaf and another of Gorilla Decaf. The Bay Bridge was listed as a medium roast which it was although on the darker end of medium . The Gorilla was listed as a a medium light which is my favorite roast level and harder to find in decaf. Unfortunately the beans were clearly a dark roast so before I even opened the bag I emailed them about this. They said it just looks dark but it is a medium light roast???
