Dr. Robert Gilligan is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his patients. During each visit, Dr. Gilligan spent a considerable amount of time with my father, learning his specific issues and answering all our questions. Dr. Gilligan's interactions are engaging, welcoming and we are fortunate to see him. The hearing aid fitting process was precise, and my dad said he is hearing better than ever. Robert is an excellent communicator. I have unusually narrow ear canals, which made previous attempts to wear hearing aids difficult because they kept falling out. Robert selected hearing aids and points of contact that were perfect for my ears.
Getting an appointment was easier than expected in the location needed to be seen. Marcus in customer service was friendly and helpful. Although my brother Alfredo wasn’t able to use another hearing aid that we brought, the Hearing Aid Specialists Robert Gilligan in San Mateo provided good advice on what steps to do next.
