Excellent experience for a first-time user: appointment within a week, convenient location, and quick fulfillment of hearing aids (HAs) a few days later -- since I had already completed my test at UCSF previously. It is rare to find a professional like Robert Gilligan who combines a solid academic background in Audiology from New Zealand with extensive senior-level hearing aid industry experience across top professional brands and multiple countries.
Staff was great and Dr. G. was very helpful with recommendation of different options that would benefit my medical needs. The input on how I can pay with certain options was also valuable for me to budget what would be required.
