This practice is the most responsive I have ever worked with. I had to bring back my hearing aid several times due to stopped working. I was able to get an appointment either the same or next day. Replaced the receiver and gave me extras. The most recent time, exchanged the entire set.
dr. william huson has tended to my hearing needs for many years. he listens to my concerns and takes action. he also responds promptly when i have questions or a problem, fitting me in on short notice and solving the issue. his manner is welcoming and helpful.

William Huson is amazing and so patient. He recently helped my 91 year old father-in-law get the right pair of hearing aids. A family member dining out with him, said that this was the first time he had been part of a conversation in a restaurant in a long time. Thank you Dr. Huson.
Dr. Hudson explained the nuances of Phonak's latest hearing aids and trouble shooted an issue with my current hearing aids. Dr. Hudson is knowledgeable, patient and very helpful! I highly recommend him!
