I have worked with the Apartment Association for many years and am very happy with their service. Excellent training for front line staff, courses for career development, always the most up to date and letter of the law advice, property management forms. Their team advocates at City Hall for landlords and property owners and is well respected by the decision makers
Not sure if this is an organization that actually helps and supports landlords because they certainly aren't backing the correct local political candidates.
This is a fantastic organization that advocates for the landlords of San Francisco. I have had nothing but positive experiences when dealing with them on a variety of issues. They have always given me sound advice about how to handle difficult rental situations. In addition, they can point you to high quality resources outside of their organization if they are unable to help you internally. I highly recommend the SFAA.
