Hire people who care more about the animals.
we brought our cat in because she had a upper respiratory infection. instead of treating here they gave her a distemper vaccine and told us it was anti biotics. Then prescribed medication for vomiting. we had to take her to the emergency vet later on and that is when we found out how bad these people are. We will literally pay more and drive farther just to avoid coming here again. Be wary of what these people do to your pets, they do not care about your furry family they care about their wallet!
This facility by far is the best I've ever had a pet to in my life. Sadly our Heidi passed on Saturday March 3rd, special thanks to Dr. Emily Yan and the young girl who attended Heidi for her monthly nail trimming. God bless the both of you and everyone at this facility our sincere thanks for all that you have done for us.
I was so very impressed with the whole staff! We had to say good bye to our beloved cat of 18 years, Cookie. I just want to say thank you for all you did to show compassion and love in our time of sadness.
Awesome vet with great staff on hand and even better doctors! King Cooper went for a visit and they actually cared about my family members well being. King Coop is doing well and says thank you to Dr. Yann! ❤️
