I do not speak lightly or falsely when I say that DBT saved my life… Or, at least, it gave me the skills to save my own life. I was first referred to San Fernando Valley, DBT and Wendy Douglas in the spring of 2023 by my couples counselor. I started attending her class and I did until the fall of 2024. This clinic offers great DBT groups and individual therapy. They even offer parent coaching and DBT couples work. I would highly recommend them!
