We provide high quality, fully adherent dialectical behavioral therapy, or DBT, as well as weekly individual therapies and DBT skills groups. We are the longest running DBT Program in the San Fernando Valley and have a team of highly trained therapist who provided treatment. We serve the West Valley as well as Sherman Oaks, Woodland Hills, Calabasas, Agoura, Westlake, Encino, Tarzana and Studio City.

I do not speak lightly or falsely when I say that DBT saved my life… Or, at least, it gave me the skills to save my own life. This clinic offers great DBT groups and individual therapy. They even offer parent coaching and DBT couples work. I would highly recommend them!

Wendy Douglas is one of the very best therapists I’ve ever learned from. I was in her DBT skills class and cannot say enough about how much I learned from her wealth of knowledge and her ability to make everyone in a group feel safe and supported.
