Andrew was great! He did an open MRI on my SNL. But the people in charge of scheduling need to do a better job. The order from the doctor was for an open MRI and they scheduled a regular MRI. We had to wait 3 hours. My SNL is a 74 years old with a brain tumor!

They were not clear that I had a $250 copay and they weren’t very compassionate about me not being prepared to pay with no notice, offering to cancel my appointment instead of trying to find any proactive solutions. One receptionist was clearly more caring than the one I dealt with. The technician was very nice and could tell I was upset. He helped me calm down and have a better experience.

Very clean, very pleasant girl at front desk. Got taken for my appointment as soon as I arrived. Technicians were great explaining the MRI and what I had to do during the test.
