I called 48 hours ahead of my appointment to cancel and they said they are charging me $50 for a cancellation fee. I should not be charged for cancelling my appointment 48 hours ahead of time. There is a no show fee charge of $50, but to charge me money for calling and not needing to come to an appointment is absurd. I will fight this with the credit bureau. They said they will send me to collections if I don't pay, which I am not. I will report them to every authority about this.
They saved my daughter's life. She couldn't breathe when her asthma randomly acted up and so we called and they were about to close and the doctor had already gone but they called him and he came back and started treatment as soon as we got there. Thank you so much for saving my daughter. The clinic is always clean and the staff is very kind.
This place saved my family. My son had an allergic reaction and we walked in here and we were seen right away. Doctor attended him within a few seconds and ordered the medicines to help him and the nurses were quick to act. I can't thank them enough.
