This is a clean community. Nadia Beltran is a great receptionist, she made the experience great by being super helpful and knowledgeable in the property.
This is NOT a good place to live, you are constantly harassed by the front desk, especially Nelda Anderson, the current manager. 1. 6 month inspections, and you have 24 hours to do repairs, and it must meet their standards. 2. Pool is closed 50% of time for repairs. 3. Water shut offs all the time. 4. False advertising, this is not a community of 55+ 5. Great community, amenities were very nice, community clean, secure and safe. Would be happy to live here
I can see why so many units have been sitting on the market for an unnecessary long time. If there is a minimum income requirement to apply to live here prior to purchasing. Say that up front! Stop wasting peoples time and money. My mother in law found a fee units here she is interested in buying, CASH. Completed her tenant application AND ASKED OF THERE WAS AN INCOME requirement that needed to be met & was told no. Muy buena ubicación, lugar muy accesible sobre todo la explicación de la señorita Nadia Beltrán. Lean bien NADIA, es la mejor para explicar con mucha paciencia y si tienes alguna duda ella te resuelve, pide siempre hablar con ella hay otra Srta, Nélida o no se escribir bien, pero son personas muy eficientes y lo mejor hablan español.
