This City is VERY particular, understandable it his a historic city, But the building counter specifically the older women at the counter is absolutly rediculous. NOT polite, NOT kind, and NOT helpful. Instead of being so rude and demanding maybe try being helpful and considerate. You would think they would want things to go smoothly. I can tell by the the coworkers response and body language they are not very fond of her as well. I can t imagine working along side her.
