I have used San Diego Water Mitigation multiple times and would definitely recommend them to anyone. They respond quickly, communicate well, and are experts at what they do. Not only are they excellent at diagnosing and repairing water damage issues, but Jason also has abundant knowledge of the process of working with insurance companies and can provide outstanding guidance to help navigate the the process as easily as possible.
I seldom write reviews but Jason and his team from San Diego Water Mitigation deserved to be recognized for excellent performance on their field of business. A couple weeks ago I had a water line overhead broke and did a lot of damages on the ceiling of one of the bedrooms. I am glad that I called Jason who gave me an honest assessment and estimate cost to restore and repair the damages. I sent that estimate to my insurance and my insurance adjuster approved it. If I could give the team at SD Water Mitigation 10 stars, I would. They did a GREAT job with repairing and restoring our laundry room and garage after a water leak in an overhead copper water pipe. Our plumber referred us to them and we are SO GLAD they did! They started the work the day after they came over to give us the quote. They were on time every day and kept US on schedule. Loved that. Billy and his team responded right away to our problem. He showed up within two hours after our initial phone conversation. The walls on one side of the house were wet. The house was on the market and it had to be repaired fast. Bill and his team didn't waste any time. They got the job done! They dried the walls and repaired drywall afterwards.
