My Mom and I(Robin) are very happy with the work Jason and S.D. Walkintubs Inc. provided for our family. We usually shy away from having work done in the house while We are still living in the home. But I must say Jasons team was mindful of my concerns and brought in all the items he would need so the running in and out was brought to a minimum. (That is so important to me). I would have given this company 4 stars except for one Item: They remodeled my bathroom at a cost of $33000.00. WOW! Everything was fine except for one item. A recirculating water pump for instant hot water in the bathroom that retails for $500.00 plus installation. The pump has never worked properly. Over a year has passed and despite many requests for repair of the pump Jason & Co. still haven't fixed the pump and the pumps warranty will expire soon.
