This is not true, their ad claims they help in child support cases and when you call them, they openly admit they do not. A bit misleading and false advertising in my opinion. Any that doubt, look these folks up for free child support case assistance, call and see.for yourself.

Absolutely useless. Plus the amount of Spanish that you have to sit there and listen to is the most annoying thing ever. These people need to make a prop so that normal people in the United States don’t have to listen to this foreign language. They only provide a Zoom meeting with a bunch of people to give advice. So they don’t help at all. An extremely useless service and waste of time calling

My review is that there is no clarity on their website as to what qualifies as low income. San Diego county median income levels say low income is $92,700. This organization informed me that they use the federal poverty level of $31,300. It is not clear what they use for low income guidlelines. Their site uses unclear language "below established income guidelines as determined by Title 25 of the California Administrative Code for Housing and Community Development you are eligible."
