I am very disappointed with how I was treated. I put in my application online and was sent an email telling me I could come in on Tuesday or Thursday 1-4 for the guardianship clinic. When I got there, I was handed paperwork to fill out that I had already done for the application. My mom called and left a message. No call back. I called days later and left a message and nothing. After the Mother's Day weekend, we finally decided to go in person. The place is in downtown, we took time finding parking and paying for it. We traveled from south san diego and when we get to their office they tell us they can't represent restraint order respondents...our time is valuable and it was a complete waste of time and money that could have been avoided with a simple call back
