I highly recommend using Uptown San Diego Examiner for publishing your Fictitious Business Name statements with San Diego County. They are reasonably priced, very responsive, and the process could not be easier. We will definitely use them again!

Super easy, super cheap, and the do the whole thing for you, including publishing for all 4 weeks and notifying the city when it's done.

It was a good experience to advertise through this publisher. People in the office are very nice and polite. I placed the ad by e-mail and paid by phone. The price was the best I found. The parking can be challenging, but there are some spaces on the street. Keep in mind that ad placement can be done by e-mail and phone. After the ad finish its run I received an e-mail with confirmation of publishing. Thank you.

I highly recommend Uptown San Diego Examiner for your legal notice/publishing needs. They are thorough, efficient and most importantly, very nice people. I was specifically filling a name change adding my mother's maiden name and they charged $65 which is fairly reasonable for the service and they also handle the communications with the court as part of the legal requirement.
