Dr.Rouel and staff are awesome I wouldn't go anywhere else highly recommend there office. HIGHLY SKILLED STAFF. Didn't think i would like the new doctor but he is actually better than the old one ,what's his name ummm.
I went in for a cleaning today and saw familiar faces in Christina and Michelle. I also got to meet Dr. Fadi. He seems very kind and was thorough in explaining to me what I need to have done.
CAUTION: tried to upsell. Michelle Forster is very rude and unprofessional. I got a quote. Then was quoted a different price. They said that they didn’t remember the initial quote and they never wrote it down. They said that they didn’t have time to go back and forth about it. Asked to speak to her supervisor and she refused. I told them I would go somewhere else and she replaced “good we don’t want to have you as a patient. “ wow.
This is the best dental office! I use to be afraid of dentists until I found this place. Everyone is so kind and professional.
Excellent service all staff friendly and smiling feel like you home they did all clean and x ray and physical exam Dr fadi did a through exam and explain everything I need love office excellent job wishing them all the luck ❤️🙏
