I have NEVER encountered a business that does not honor their word like I did today. This place LACKS service and BASIC good manners. The sales manager Marilyn hangs the phone on you, the owner, Frank, does not honor the deals he gives and is scared to accept credit cards. I will NEVER do business with you guys again NOR recommend you guys. Adam was the only person that was kind enough to not hang up the phone and try to help.

We always try to give the best customer experience but calling a small business 8 times during its biggest sale ever and demanding a price that loses them money is probably not the best basis for a scathing review on Facebook. By far the worst buying experience ever! This place will push you around changing their mind about prices. They will require immediate payment in cash after telling you that they accept credit cards. Marylyn was rude, hanging the phone without any explanation, zero good manners, this is the worst place ever! Do not buy anything from these guys they don't know the meaning of the word customer!
