I had a terrible experience with them. Brice canceled my car rental on the last day because one of their top clients wanted the same car. He even used an excuse for my insurance, mentioning my health insurance too! This was my first time renting from them, and they treated me so poorly. Amazing customer journey from start to finish! Living abroad and was in San Diego for vacation so I was unsure about how some things worked but Geoffrey was incredibly helpful and professional and took the time to help me out to make sure I got what I wanted and was comfortable. I would definitely recommend and anytime I am in San Diego there is nowhere else I will be renting a car from.
Rented a luxury car for my wedding and it was great. Geoffrey and Brice were super easy to communicate with on all the requirements (insurance etc.) needed on my end and around car availability. Dropoff and pickup were both smooth, and the car drove great!
