Mat, owner of San Diego Ponds, designed and built a beautiful koi pond for us.Mat worked quickly and was respectful of the surrounding landscaping. He handpicked the rocks on the waterfall and surrounding the pond and placed them so animals can't reach our fish.The equipment is quiet and is tucked into our landscaping.The waterfall has a beautiful sound.Mat taught us how to do a weekly backwash and rinse of our filter so we can maintain the pond ourselves.He has also given us much advice on starting a pond, maintaining water... read more

I am not much for reviews, but am making an exception for the positive experience we had with Matt. We made a decision to replace a small pond insert and Matt's experience was invaluable in helping us recreate our limited space into an incredible true fishpond.
