We had a very disappointing experience with this party bus service. Communication was poor from the start — it was difficult to get clear answers or timely responses. Customer service was lacking, and unfortunately, we were given information that turned out not to be true. I was lied to repeatedly. I definitely would not recommend this company based on how we were treated.

I just wanted to thank you for the positive experience with SD Platinum Sprinters. You were easy to work with, responsive and flexible. Damin(DJ) was very professional, He knew exactly what he was doing and where to go (best routes). He dealt with a lot special instructions and changes and we really appreciated his flexibility . I would refer SDPS to my friends.

I recently used SD Platinum Services for a group event, and the scheduling and communication was effortless. The vehicle was amazing, the driver was punctual and assisted us throughout the evening. I will be using this service again and would highly recommend this company to all of my friends.

Wonderful from start to finish! Quick responses, great communication, van was on time, spotless and perfect condition, and driver was great! Couldn't ask for anything more, will rent from this company again in the near future!
