Bruce went far and beyond what was asked of him! He not only lovingly and efficiently was able to transport my precious pet who was suffering to the emergency room, but he also stayed with me for hours to help me understand my options. He went out of his way to make sure he was able to help my daughter get there to say her goodbyes and then he also was able to transport my sweet pet after he passed away to get cremated. Rocky and I loved our trip with Bruce! He was punctual, kind, helpful, and communicative. Bruce definitely went the extra mile to make sure our trip was smooth. Would recommend to anyone in need of transportation with their pet.

Bruce saved the day! My 200 lb dog decided she didn’t want to get in my car for her surgery appointment. Bruce came right away and she made it to surgery!
