Bruce provided transportation from North County Vista to Alaska Air San Diego for my wife and I and recent rescue fur baby Zoey. Zoey 68 lbs was crated in an X-Large pet carrier and we had 3 bags luggage. Bruce was early for our requested pick up. His vehicle was perfect for transport. He was extremely professional, courteous and provided us insight to the airport check in process. An FYI for future travelers crating their pet with Alaska…. Bruce went far and beyond what was asked of him! He not only lovingly and efficiently was able to transport my precious pet who was suffering to the emergency room, but he also stayed with me for hours to help me understand my options. He went out of his way to make sure he was able to help my daughter get there to say her goodbyes and then he also was able to transport my sweet pet after he passed away to get cremated.
