I recently visited Kayal Medical Group and from the moment I walked in, the reception was professional and efficiently checked me in. The doctor's assistant, Candice, was polite and professional with a welcoming smile. Dr. Basma took her time to attentively listen to my concerns, and her assistant, Lames, was also very professional. I highly recommend this doctor's office due to the exceptional care and professionalism I experienced throughout my visit.
Dr. Kayal was my dads Nephrology for many years. He is a wonderful,caring and professional doctor. Always on top of his patients care. My dad really liked him. You don't find Doctors like him anymore. My dad has recently passed away and I can tell you, that my dad had the best care ever with him.
I'm a transplant patient almost 12 years out. I had a recent serious hospitalization involving my heart, kidney and an infection. That is where I met Dr Kayal.... who is very friendly and listens closely and I believe he really cares about his patients...this is why I am transferring my care from UCSD to HIS Practice!! When calling his office, you are "met" with just as nice of a person. Looking forward to a long relationship with this office!
