I had a western pavers install 1700 sf of natural cleft bluestone pavers on a sand base inside a pre built walled area. The main issue with them was a total lack of supervision of the workers. Jesus was the supervisor. He only showed up to collect the $check. This resulted in misaligned crooked pavers that had to be re-done. Many gouged paver tops since they were setting & scraping wheelbarrows full pavers across the top of the existing pavers. 20 special order pieces were damaged. I chose Western Outdoor Design and Build to help me with the landscaping of my new construction home mainly due to the designer I met with, Ed Whitehouse. Ed had a great design plan for my hardscape and really worked with me to pick plants that I liked and that would thrive in the different areas of the yard. The entire staff at Western Outdoors were consummate professionals. Specifically Victor (Superintendent) Danny(Foreman) and their crew were absolute experts in their fields of craft.
