Very unprofessional staff, Got a call from the office at 7:30am they had to cancel my appointment because they’re provider was sick and out of the office, then they switch my appointment, I told them to please call me or send me a text to confirm the new appointment and so far no one is answering any of my calls, so far I haven’t heard anything from them, I’ve been waiting months for this appt, so unprofessional on their behalf!!
THE WORST PLACE IN SD , RUDE , THEY DON'T FOLLOW -UP . I HAVE CALLED / LEFT VOICE MAIL TO BE CONTACTED ... NEVER CALLED ME BACK - DO NOT GO HERE. STAY A WAY !!!!
Could not get an appointment for Ultrasound. I'd call several times. The call-back option 2 delay was hours. I was on hold for more than 35 minutes with initial estimated wait time of 12 minutes which was a lie. Customer service is very poor.
Rude employees. They need customer service training.
